Well, the weeks seem to be going by faster now! Chase has been in school for almost 2 months now, and it seems like FOREVER since we've been in Bozeman! :( We sure miss it, and can't wait for Christmas break! Although we've heard it's been snowing there already for almost a week straight! Yuck!
So Sam has aquired 4 new teeth since we've moved to Portland and has now mastered the army crawl! He has been getting on his knees quite a bit this past week, so it is only a matter of time! He already gets in to everything he's NOT supposed to!! The lap top is definetly one of his favorites, and it's probably because Mom and Dad are always on it! He is still growing like a weed, and even though he is only 9 months old, he is already wearing 12 to 18 month clothes! I measured him yesterday and he is 29 1/2 inches tall! I'm curious how much he weighs, but am pretty sure he's getting close to 30 pounds!! I'll let you know!
While Chase is in school, Sam and I have been exploring the nearby shopping and trying to figure out which Kohls is closer! I think I can get to most places we need to go now without using the Tom Tom! :)
So it seems like lately I've also been doing a lot of "craft projects" :) From snow globes to quilts, to painting picture frames. I even made a toy bank for Sam out of an old formula can and baby food lids!! Some days are more creative and productive than others. And others... well, lets just say they are more lazy than anything!
We've started to make some good friends here already, and trying to find time to spend with all of them seems overwhelming at times! With 75 students in Chase's dental class, it seems like I meet someone new everytime I go up to the school. And sometimes I meet the same person twice, but just don't remember! Ha ha! There are about 11 kids in Chase's class who are LDS, and about 17 in the class ahead of him! Sam and I have joined a book club and a "mommy and me" group that the 2nd year dental wives started up. It has been nice to meet so many people that we have so much in commen with!
