We're going camping!!
Our first time since Sammy was about 18 months. We didn't have the best experience that trip (at least that night in the tent, so we've been a little reluctant to go ever since, especially with the twins)!
But when we found out the ward was having a campout this weekend, we were ready for the adventure. They all did so great and we had so much fun!!
They especially loved having all the other kids there to play with.
And boy did they play! This is our new friend Bailey. We're living in her old house and Chase works with her Dad. The kids have all taken to her and LOVE her! They run around yelling Bailey!!
We all slept pretty good. It rained all night, but we didn't get too wet. Chase did a little and didn't have too much padding. So he probably slept the worst. The kids did great though. I slept between Dallin and Charlee which I thought would be a nightmare. But Dallin was the most peaceful sleeper in the tent, I hardly knew he was there!
I think this was right before bed. They were having too much fun and didn't want to lay down! :(
Some people brought this trike and if ever Charlee or Dallin were "missing" we knew right where to find them!
On saturday morning we drove down to Haviland Lake (just a mile or so from where we camped) and taught Sam how to fish. He loved it. There were fish jumping... but we couldn't catch the little buggers.
It was beautiful. Reminded us of home :)
